"We had a family of 10 with 2 children. Perfect location as within walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants and close drive to Niagara Falls. Diane was a gem. She kept in constance contact to insure our stay was perfect. The Mansion layout is perfect for large families. Great livingroom areas to either join or have some quiet time to yourself. Highly recommended."

"My husband and I were in town for a wedding. Carriage house was absolutely perfect for us! Very walkable to many shops, restaurants, and the river. Kitchen was well stocked with all the basic amenities. Behalf bathroom was such a nice bonus. Home is historic and The property is Very nice with lots of seating areas outside. Peaked into some of the windows around the main house and that looks just as lovely. Communication and contact with host was excellent!! We will be coming back again this...

"Great location, nice older home with plenty of room, any missing essentials were very promptly supplied, clean… all in all a great vacation home! Possibly suppling additional photos of exterior of home and noting the steep steps to second floor would have been helpful for older tenants. Also instructions to the TV would have been helpful."

"This is ny favorite place to stay on the U.S. side of Niagara Falls. All the major attractions and restaurants are a short walk away. The free breakfast is FREE not amazing but FREE and will give you all the calories you need for the day. Okay nothing is free, but you get the idea. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "
