"Our family has stayed at this home on the lake twice in the past two years and both times it has been fantastic. The home is furnished with all cooking equipment needed for our large family. "The cabin and grounds are beautiful. It is a truly private setting and is a perfect and peaceful retreat from life. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, the hot tub and time around the fire pit. We also enjoyed watching the deer, turtles and heron. The owner, Shan, was great about communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. She even left snacks for us which was a thoughtful touch and the cookies were delicious! This was one of our best stays through VRBO and we hope to make this cabin an annual destination for our family. We highly recommend!"

"The pond is so close to the front door we could watch the turtles scurry around in the water. The kids had such a good time just being kids and playing as loud as they wanted. The kitchen was perfect for cooking big family meals. Beds were comfy, the whole place was spotless. We were in heaven. Check-in was super easy, owner was very friendly and our communication was always friendly. We wished we had booked a longer trip!"

"This was an amazing stay and property. To start, just getting there is an adventure. Driving in, you truly get the feeling of relief that comes with escaping the daily grind of day to day life and being welcomed to relax and disconnect. It was easy to see that this property is a well loved home. The host has added many thoughtful and convenient touches- everything from having multiple bathroom products and extra life jackets (a fantastic variety of sizes and brands) to fishing poles and every single cooking pan or utensil you could need. I cannot stress enough how the host has gone the extra mile through small touches to ensure you do not go without while youre there!!My family had an absolute blast here and appreciated how clean and well organized everything is. The check out process was very easy and low demand. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"Wonderful!! If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place!! With its totally unique decor and especially the unique waterfall shower! The deck is great for peaceful coffee time in the morning and dinner in the evening! Beds were super comfy just be sure you are able to do steps. Highly recommend this property and would love to come back! The host is great and responds quickly! "
