I love that they also allow small parties as several of my family members in town wanted to stop by with well wishes. "The home was comfortable and provided a great vacation hub for the 4-5 days we stayed in KC area. Centrally located to historical areas like Liberty, Independence, and Far West. The only thing we wish the property had was laundry facilities. For a short stay not a problem, but for longer it was unfortunate we had to go sit at a laundry mat for several hours on our vacation...never seen a house without laundry. "The accommodations were wonderful and exactly as advertised. The beds were some of the most comfortable in any VRBO. The location cannot be beat for attending Kansas City sporting events."

"The area did not seem safe. We drove by the apartment mid afternoon & there were people walking up down the street and a group on the house deck next door. We did not go in & stayed at a hotel downtown. If you are interested in staying here - maybe ask for surrounding photos. Inside might be great - but we didn’t go in,I emailed a few times about my concern and never heard back "
