The communication was confusing, and frankly appalling. When got there my documents were demanded by a woman who hardly spoke a word of English, she was just there to let me in and give me the keys. "Friendly staff, (call before you arrive). Helpful and they also explain what is nearby etc. The room was clean and comfortable. Not for the mobility impaired as there are stairs."
