"Location: a little outside Levanto city center, with a convenient shuttle. Room: the room is spacious but outdated. The bathroom is blind and smells linger. The towel warmer only works in winter when the heating system is on. It would be better to have an electric one that works with a button. Minibar is very expensive. Almost insultingly expensive. I had a bottle of prosecco (250ml) of medium low quality and it was €35! Outrageous. Spa: excellent spa. Did not use the massage, did not use...

"DO NOT BOOK!!! We got to town around 3pm and the hotel was closed and there was no response (check-in began at 12:30 according to the listing and there were suppose to be staff until 11pm). Called all 3 numbers listed on the door and the calls "could not be completed." Checked my email and the hotels.com listing to make sure I had not missed any messages but there were no messages. Ended up booking another hotel last minute."

"The hotel is very central to everything and a short walk from the beach. Hotel provides fresh beach towels upon request and the staff was incredibly helpful. Marina went above and beyond helping with the last minute reservations and recommendations. The shower in our room had an unpleasant odor upon checking in and Marina addressed it within minutes and made sure the rest of our stay was as pleasant as possible. Towels warmer in the bathroom was a nice addition. The breakfast was pretty basic...

"Cannot say enough positive things about this stay over. The village was beautiful. The room was fantastic. And the view off the balcony: BREATHTAKING! They offer an amazing breakfast every morning overlooking the ocean and neighboring villages. Its absolutely right out of a movie. You just have to experience it for yourself. Words don't do it justice. Thank you for everything!!!"

"Paolo, a staff member, was incredibly accommodating!"

"Such a hidden gem! We wish we could stay longer and will definitely do so the next time. The hotel is up in the mountain, 10 min away from the Manarola bus stop, perfect location for a quiet and relaxing retreat, The bus runs every hour and is 2.50 Euro if you don't have Cinque Terre pass. Antonella was very kind, hard working, and amazing host who took care of everything we need. The hotel is meticulously maintained and breakfast was freshly made and so delicious. If you are wine lover...

"Unique historical hotel with old city walls within the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and a great breakfast."

"Tout était parfait. Nous conseillons aux personnes qui souhaitent visiter la région des Cinque Terre de venir ici. Pour l’accueil et les conseils de Cristina. Pour toutes personnes qui font tourner ce lieu. Pour la qualité des chambres et le jacuzzi ! Et surtout pour son emplacement proche de la spezia pour prendre le train, de portovenere pour passer les soirées. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir."
