"Lovely, local B&B. Good location for access to walking around town with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Accommodation is upstairs 2 or 3 flights of stairs with no lift but friendly staff on standby to assist. Lovely continental breakfast (need to pre -book or ask on arrival). "

"Very nice place, well accommodating staff. Restaurant at the property, owner very happy friendly gentleman. Near to about 4 km down with grocery store, planty of restaurants and pizza places. So what you need is a good book, sun glasses, sunscreen, time for your self and loved one. Property has a nice patio, natural swimming pool to have romantic glass of wine and enjoy de dolce vita. You can do day trip to Florence about 45 minutes, or relax at the property. A lot of old towns around to...

"This place is in remote town, so it’s quiet and peaceful. Carolina is wonderful explaining all the amenities and places in the quaint village. The parking lot is safe and convenient. The room was spacious, but wished the bathroom had a window. Loved the reading room with Refrigerator that was very useful! The breakfast was lovely! My husband and I stayed there very comfortably and felt like my own home!"

Mrs Francesca was a sweetheart and prepared amazing cakes and treats for every breakfast. The beautiful property was like an Italian fairy tale and close to many must see sites. "

In camera anche asciugamani per la piscina, necessaria la cuffia. Parcheggio gratuito. Posto incantevole e personale molto cordiale. Consigliatissimo! Consiglio vivamente di andare a visitare il borgo di Lucignano."

"La maison a beaucoup de charme , la decoration interieure est très reussie jusque dans les moindres details ,la literie tres confortable. L'exterieur est tout aussi parfait avec la piscine à debordement qui beneficie d'une belle vue ,le jardin . Le petit dejeuner est excellent. Liz est tres accueillante ,tres disponible et bonne cuisiniere ! Demandez lui son carrot cake ! "

"Calm, serene, quiet are hallmarks of the B&B. No wonder so many foreigners are buying old farm houses. The adventure is the drive down a long winding dirt road to the farm house; imagining that the road has not changed since the house was built in the 1200s. Very, very cool!"
