"WATCH OUT!!!! This property, and the people we interacted with for the reservation via Expedia, was a total scam. It starts with attractive photos on both Expedia and Hotels.com, but quickly gets sketchy with cryptic emails and texts regarding the reservation, payment and property details. Unfortunately, our trip was somewhat last minute, so we didn't have many local options for Skye, but this property / representatives were the absolute worst. STAY AWAY!!!"

"This cozy house is in a stunning location. It has all the amenities you need, and our family of four really enjoyed our stay. It's off the beaten path, so it's a bit of a drive if you're venturing onto Isle of Skye for the day, but it's not too bad, and there's a nearby ferry you can take as well. The host is wonderful and communicative. I highly recommend a stay here!"

"The cottage was great for 2 people with easy access to the sights. Just two notes: 1) The stairs to the bedroom are steep, so be aware of that if you have any mobility issues. 2) The unit smells strongly of cigarettes, for those who may be sensitive."

"Lovely room with king bed and small refrigerator in the room along with a kettle and tea/coffee. There is no air conditioning and the upper windows only open two inches or so. This may be an issue in the summer or for someone who likes their room cold. Due to having to keep the window open, there was a loud barking dog in the evening and early morning. Overall, an excellent room if the small details above don’t bother you"
