"Wonderful room. Clean, fresh and s great comfy big bed. Could have added a little more on tea/coffee etc and better toiletries however. The plastic bottles were tired and cheap looking. Still, great view, great sleep and great brekkie! ๐๐"

"Nice hotel with good quality food, After talking the time to book a hotel with a pool and Gym my issue was they wanted another ยฃ7.50 per 24 hours to use the facilities on top of the hotel fees, this included just wanted to use the Gym, I am not used to this the other Hotels I use dont charge extras for facilities, ended up just going for a walk out of principal"

"A beautiful old house in a country setting with large rooms, an onsite bar, restaurant and garden. Breakfast was included and had lots of options (although many of the gluten free options listed were not available). A short walk to Lunan Bay - a lovely beach area. Only downside to this hotel is due to the age of the property it is very creaky. We were on the round floor and were kept awake all night by the person (or pet) in the room above pacing all night. They do provide ear plugs but it wasn't enough to ensure a good or comfortable nights sleep. The room was very large with a good bathroom that was more than suitable for people requiring wheelchair access. Pets are also accepted."

"Amazing, cost effective place to stay just outside of Dundee. The owner was very friendly. The bar was a perfect local spot and well priced pints. Water pressure in the shower could have been a touch better, but this place is old so that is to be expected. I would stay here again if I was ever in the area!"
