"The Host, Dan, was very responsive and even allowed us to check in early. The property is right on the river, but the bank is not really suitable to get right up to the water. It has a fire ring, although we didn't get to use it due to the rain showers on Saturday night. The place was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen for basic food prep. The road it is on is a little rough, but passable. The neighbors have cats and the grey and white one was especially friendly. The hot tub was crystal clear and warm."
"The owner of this property has done an incredible job of turning an old motel into an adorable alternative to pricey chain hotels. The bed was so comfortable that I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. We will definitely make this is our go-to hotel when we have to stop in Ohio for the night."

"Beautiful property. Everything you need to stay plus more. Roger and Mary were very responsive and there whenever you need anything! We had a great time fishing and relaxing on the porch."
"This property was absolutely a mothman cultists dream in such an accessible area of Point Pleasant. I couldn't walk anywhere in the house without giggling in glee over how immaculately they decorated the whole house. I believe by the time I left, I counted 87 mothman decorations throughout the whole place. The house was incredibly cute with a lot of personality. The claw foot tub was delightful and the huge king bed was incredibly comfortable. There were even offered treats that were a godsend after 4 hours I had travelled. Access was very easy, The etsy store inside the living room was a brilliant touch and I loved picking out some things to bring home. The whole stay was fabulous and I am already trying to decide when to come back."
