"Property has such potential but unfortunately is not well maintained. Doors don’t shut/lock, everything was dirty & old, almost nothing was working or staffed properly to meet the bare minimum (espresso machines down, all events cancelled, menu was extremely limited, etc). The casino staff was moody. The seaweed was not manicured off the beach & stank as well as tarnished jewelry from the gasses it was putting off. For what this resort charges, this is highly unacceptable and very disappointing."

"The room was very clean. The only issue I had was there were period stains on my sheets. They had been bleached, but there were still remnants of stains. Who puts that on the bed? They should’ve gotten thrown out. Upon request, they did change my sheets. Some staff were very friendly and helpful some look annoyed that you were even there.
