"The staff was wonderful at this resort. Extremely friendly and approachable. Our room, while clean, wasn’t fully cleaned every day, and some items weren’t refreshed (coffee, etc…). But overall, a wonderful resort with great food options. "

"It was the worst all inclusive resort we’ve ever stayed at. The staff at the front desk was absolutely not helpful whatsoever!! It was almost like we were bothering them to ask for toilet paper, clean towels, etc., as our room was not serviced for days, leaving us with no toilet paper, clean towels or tissues. Front desk advised housekeeping was done for the day! Room was nice and big, but we had tiny little ants all over the place and couldn’t even enjoy it. Ran out of coffee in the room, saw...
