Very nice villa for 8 persons with private swimming pool
Villa located near the village center and quiet.

6 rooms including 4 rooms with different themes (3 beds 140, 1 bed 160), 3
rooms with terrace and direct access to the swimming pool, large shower room (4 Italian showers, 2 of which are individual), 1 room overlooking the garden has its own shower room and toilet. A shower room and its WC have direct access to the pool terrace. Each room is air-conditioned, has a wardrobe and shelves, an LCD screen, DVD player. Each room is equipped with a large window offering a maximum opening to the outside. Sheets and towels are provided during your stay.
Open kitchen with direct access to the terrace. Equipped with hob, traditional oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer.
Dining room and double living room, with LCD screen, library, hi-fi system.
The house is entirely surrounded by a terrace, part of which is covered.
The property is situated in a quiet dead end.
You can park your vehicles inside the property.
When you look at the location on the map, the A9 motorway passes off the village, the villa is quiet and without any view on the motorway since a hill separates the village from the motorway.
The swimming pool is exclusively for the tenants.
an independent personal apartment where my parents live is located upstairs. My parents are discreet and friendly. They maintain the villa and the garden and are present for any problem encountered. The swimming pool is only for the tenants. The entrances are separate and there are many terraces.
We have a cat.
Dogs are welcome, the villa is secured for animals.
The swimming pool is heated, the pool heating is an accompaniment for the summer, to keep the pool at a very pleasant temperature. In winter, autumn and spring the temperature of the water depends exclusively on the weather.
