Holiday Home 'Océan Ouest - Domaine Des Landes' with Shared Pool, Terrace and Shared Garden

Located in the peaceful Landes countryside, this single-story, 55 m² independent house offers a relaxing retreat for families or small groups. Set on a fully fenced one-hectare wooded property, it combines nature, comfort, and leisure, just 20-25 minutes from the beaches of Contis and Cap de l’Homy, as well as near the lakes of Arjuzanx and Léon.

Layout and features
The cottage includes one bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), one cabin-style windowless bedroom with bunk beds (2x90 cm), a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, and a bright living area with sofa bed and TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and utensils.

A welcome kit is provided: trash bag, toilet paper roll, soap, wipes, sponge, and multi-purpose dishwashing sachet (no dish towel).
Baby bed and high chair available on request and subject to availability.

Outdoor comfort
Enjoy a private terrace with armchair (no sun lounger) and charcoal barbecue.

Guests have access to a shared wooded park, swimming pool (June–September, 9:30 am–8:30 pm), ping-pong table, and pétanque court.

Free Wi-Fi, private and shared parking, washing machine.

Pros: Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines de vacances en famille avec nos 2 grands chiens. Les propriétaires, Sabrina et Fabrice nous ont très bien accueilli. Ils sont disponibles et sympathiques. Le gîte est propre, spacieux et lumineux. La piscine est très bien entretenue comme tous les espaces extérieurs.

Pros: Un séjour très agréable dans un îlot de verdure. Au calme, des propriétaires très sympathiques et souriants, une belle piscine que nous avons appréciée avec la canicule ! Je conseille vivement ! Juste un petit point : il manque un toaster dans les petits logements, mais la propriétaire m'a fourni aussi une bouilloire quand je le lui ai demandé donc très à l'écoute des locataires !

Pros: Le site est calme et les lodges sont très bien équipés. La piscine bien entretenue par les propriétaires est un grand plus Les propriétaires ont été bienveillants et sont très sympathiques. Je recommande leur établissement fortement. Le parc est agréable et les arbres permettent de garder la fraîcheur. Nous espérons revenir pour les vacances prochaines.

Pros: Nous avons passés un agréable séjour, avec notre chienne Sanka. Les propriétaires Fabrice et Sabrina, sont super accueillant et toujours aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Le gîte trés fonctionnel, propre, avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour se sentir bien. Belle piscine, bel espace extérieur. Enfin... tout top quoi ! Je recommane vivement et je retiens l'adresse :)

Pros: Endroit calme et paisible. Les propriétaires (Fabrice et Sabrina) sont très accueillants, agréables et rendant services même pour réparer une remorque. Le gîte est très bien équipé et très propre. Les animaux sont les bienvenus. Le domaine est très bien situé avec un accès rapide vers l'autoroute. La piscine est grande, agréable et très bien entretenue. Avons passé un agréable séjour même sous une chaleur intense. Nous recommandons cette adresse et nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un nouveau séjour.

Pros: Un séjour reposant chez Fabrice et Sabrina qui réservent un excellent accueil a ses hôtes. Nous nous sentions comme à la maison, mille merci pour votre sympathie et disponibilité. Personne au top, toujours prêt à rendre service, la propreté du gîte est irréprochable, félicitation. Le gite a tout ce qu'il faut, je recommande vivement, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, il y a tout pour passer un séjour formidable. Quel bonheur de trouver un site entièrement clôturé avec piscine, ping pong, badminton, terrain de pétanque... un régal pour les enfants. Nous avons eût beaucoup de plaisir à séjourner chez vous, bonne continuation Bises du nord carole, cedric et les enfants

Pros: Super endroit avec des propriétaires très sympas. Le domaine est vaste, le logement n'est ni trop grand ni trop petit. Malgré les conditions du COVID-19, tout était impeccable. Gîte à recommander.
