"We have stayed at the Radstone a good few time. It always been a pleasure. The staff are welcoming and friendly. It is always busy but they make time to chat. The rooms are clean cosy and have all the amenities you could want.the restaurant serves gorgeous meals very tasty and good quality. Breakfasts are plentiful and filling with a good variety. We are due to stay there beginning of July. It’s our ‘go to place’ when in that area."

"The staff were really helpful and sweet with offering a fan and hairdryer. All staff were very friendly and sweet, had conversations with restaurant staff whom helped with restaurants, areas to visit etc.. The room itself was really good and clean! Bed was honestly very comfortable. Shower was clean - Saw reviews regarding the hot water, but with my experience I had no issue with hot water. Tv worked perfectly. I loved how the bed room itself was separated from the main door, felt much more safer and secure. Check out was easy and simple. But, booking ubers and taxis to this hotel do take longer so recommend doing 10mins before hand. Overall, Thank you to the staff here. "

"I was visiting the hotel as local to visiting sick family. I mentioned to his to Aiden on reception and he was the kindest. He made sure I had a nice room and gave me a drinks voucher. His service was absolutely amazing and he is a credit to the hotel"
