"The property was unsanitary, dirty, filthy, and unsafe. The shower was filthy, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months! There was black mold in the ceiling. The mirrors were smudged and nasty. The sheets and bedding were filthy with dirt smudges and stains. The tables were sticky and disgusting. I left within 30 mins of getting in the room. They refused to refund my money or change rooms. "

"We were in town for our daughter's graduation from college. I ordered just a regular room, but when we entered it, it was a suite. It was a very nice room and I really enjoyed that the bedroom was separated from everything else so that we couldn't hear anyone in the hallway. We couldn't use anything else in the room as we were only there for one evening."
