"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. "Everything about the hotel itself was excellent, the property felt very new and clean, rooms were a good size and well equipped. "Family ski trip. The accommodation is beautiful the apartments are comfy and cosy. The spa is great after a days skiing. We took advantage of the in-house catering which was great after a days skiing."

"Très bel appartement moderne et spacieux, idéalement situé entre la vieille ville le château et le lac. Cependant quelques défauts et il manque la mise à disposition de certains éléments de cuisine indispensables(casserole, torchon, égouttoir pour vaisselle et aliments). L'état de propreté est parfait, la literie excellente (oreillers peut être à changer). Bien insonorisé sauf du côté de la porte d'entrée. Notre séjour en famille à été très agréable. "
