"I was nervous about staying here after reading some negative reviews but needn’t have worried. I didn’t receive the door codes so called when I arrived and the woman I spoke to was really helpful - she sent me them on WhatsApp. She stayed on the phone to make sure I could enter the property. The room (3 single beds) was decorated nicely and was really clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a water dispenser in the hallway and maps etc. Both bathrooms were spacious and very clean...

They had a cat and went right inside the room, thank God we are not allergic to them. "This was superb, our room was so beautiful French doors opening out to a terrace with views out over St Jean de Luis. The bed was so comfortable linens were of the highest quality , Our room and the property were furnished with beautiful antiques and collections. A very personalised accomodation . Breakfast was excellent . We wished we could have stayed longer. A bit of a hike down the steep hill to the town and restaurants. Best to take the car down. But the view from this property was well...

"Upon arrival - greeted with extremely friendly staff, and this continued throughout the stay. We came to surf, and found that this hotel was situated perfectly between both main beaches. We stayed in room 702 and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Loads to do in the area, for both the dry and odd wet day that we experienced! Definitely looking forward to coming back to Biarritz, but more importantly to Le Grand Large 🏄‍♂️🏄‍♀️"

"Property is very convenient, clean, quiet and comfortable. The only problem was determining whether we had prepaid breakfast included in our booking. We were initially told we had breakfast but at checkout was told we did not and had to pay for breakfasts. If known in advance, we would have opted out and had coffee and pastries nearby for 1/3 the cost"
