"A great, short stay in this very spacious and convenient apartment on our way back to Cherbourg. Everything was as described online. Great location, 2 mins walk away from lovely restaurant and stunning beach. Beds super comfortable. Only downside was lack of towels."

Très calme et assez particulier mais vraiment agréable pour qui se sent capable de passer sur les quelques détails un peu vieillisants . Mais l'accueil a été très sympa et efficace avec une très grande liberté. Séjour particulièrement reposant . Le lieu est hors des zones touristiques mais la région est magnifique. Les commerçants assez proches. Nous nous avons beaucoup aimé ..."

"As a group of 4 adults, we stayed in the property for 4 nights - used it as a base to visit the many sites and museums dedicated to WW2. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. The only downsides were the lack of wardrobe hanging space and the need to take extra care on the steep, twisting staircase. Hopefully we will return. Thank you."

"Great place to stay just be aware of the extra add-ons. If you want sheets for the beds it is extra per person, same if you want them to provide you with towels. If you use the fireplace the wood is extra. Also, you are limited to the amount of electricity you can use or you are charged extra for going over."

My dream came true to visit Normandy and the Beach my dad landed on in WWII>Omaha Beach The property was a serendipity experience for us as we used it as a base to explore. We rented a car from Bayeux so we had transport, the house had everything we needed for our 14 day stay and any problem(dryer issue) was immediately addressed. Our host was very accessible and responded immediately to any question I had. The only suggestion I would offer is the operation of...

"The gite itself is excellent. Had everything you could need. Very close to main shops 5 min drive away. The mattresses on the two double beds were very hard but realise this is a personnel choice. Would definitely recommend this gite."
