"We loved this hotel for our ski weekend, everything was well thought out. We really enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and indoor sauna after a day skiing. There are lots of lovely areas to sit with a drink including the bar area and for convenience straight downstairs to the lovely Savoyard restaurant. "Great location! For those traveling by train, it is a 5 min walk from the Epesses train stop. From that train stop, there is access to a beach within 1 min. Since suits were optional that day, my young girls and I walked 10 min west to a grassy, shady beach area being used by many locals. It is a rocky beach and recommend water shoes. Just to the side of the hotel is a trail you can walk up along the vineyards. We enjoyed watching the sunset from this vantage point, although the hotel does offer a rooftop terrace to do so as well. The restaurant was great for dinner! The hotel is along a busy road. Our room faced the vineyard wall, which was fine with us. Since we were there during some extreme heat, we greatly appreciated the air conditioning! The beds and pillows were great! No noise issues. Some minor building wear was visible, but easy to look past given the price point, location, safety and cleanliness!"

"The location being close to transportation and places to see and eat was very good. Room was small with no air conditioning and no small refrigerator but good for money. The female staff at the desk were extremely nice and helpful specially Tanya but the man at the desk was very rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all"

"The hotel was amazing right by the lake and we had the most fabulous views of the lake and mountains. The room was very spacious and the temperature was great lovely and cool when coming in from the heat of the day. Very clean and well kept. The bathroom was big with a powerful shower which we loved. Great choice of restaurants/bars within the hotel. The pool was a great experience with jacuzzi changing rooms sauna and steam room. The staff were great so friendly and helpful especially Vincent who looked after our bags when we checked in early as our room was not ready. We explored the area while waiting for our room. The hotel is in a perfect setting. We just had to walk out the back of the hotel and we were right along the walkway by Lake Geneva with the mountains in the background. Plenty of restaurants and bars along the way. We also had free travel within the area with the Montreaux Riviera card given to us from the hotel. We used it for the bus to the Chillon castle and in the opposite direction to visit Vevey. It was so handy and the bus stopped outside the front of the hotel. There’s plenty of shopping too in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is very convenient to everything. It was absolutely beautiful. It’s not the cheapest hotel but I think you get what you pay for. Worth it for the views alone we stayed in room 706."

"Really friendly and helpful staff here, easy check in process. Simple room well ventilated with window to open as well as a fan. Eu adapters didn’t fit here but thankfully reception staff were able to help us with this the morning of check out. Really great location super central for shops and restaurants, station also a short walk away. The lake less than 4 min walk! The shower was a little troublesome it had to be angled very strangely and still didn’t get the full benefit. Not a huge amount of space in the bathroom but perfectly fine for one night!"
