ROSE Vacances offers this charming, tastefully renovated flat on the 1st floor of a small, secure residence, close to the station and the centre of Les Sables d'Olonne.

Accommodation for up to 2 people.

Situated between the train station and the Saint-Michel district, this quiet flat has a pleasant, well-exposed terrace.
It's close to all the shops, so you can get around easily by bike or on foot.

The flat is laid out as a souplex, with a cosy living room with sofa, coffee table, dining table and 2 stools, and an open-plan, functional, fully-equipped kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine (Italian with induction hob), etc.
The living room leads onto a sunny, flower-filled terrace with garden furniture, where you can sip an aperitif away from prying eyes, in complete peace and quiet after your return from the beach!

The split-level bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, storage shelves and a desk with chair.
An adjoining shower room with shower cubicle, vanity unit, towel rail, washing machine and separate WC complete the night-time accommodation.

There is ample off-street parking.

Well-equipped accommodation ideally located for a great holiday, just a stone's throw from the attractions of our beautiful town of Les Sables d'Olonne!

Un séjour à refaire… sans aucun doute

Le logement est très fonctionnel et conforme à la fiche produit. La chambre en souplex est agréable et garde une fraîcheur certaine. La terrasse permet de manger au soleil ou à l’ombre suivant les horaires et de se détendre avec un bon livre… Nous avons passé un séjour très plaisant et au calme, l’hypercentre et la plage ne sont qu’a quelques mètres à pied. Pas beaucoup de chose, si ce n’est une deuxième paire de clés.

Très bonne situation. Accès à la plage et au remblai en 10min à pied. Le souplex est très bien et la chambre en partie basse très appréciée par grosse chaleur. Nous conseillons ce logement.
