Ideally located 150 meters from the beach, furnished 2-star tourist apartment in duplex on the 2nd floor of the residence with elevator and private garage in the basement of the residence.
The apartment includes on the ground floor an entrance, a living room with sofa, television dining area open to the kitchen including a refrigerator with integrated freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, and an induction hob opening onto a large balcony. You will find a bedroom with a 140x190 bed opening onto the terrace, a bathroom with bathtub. A separate waterclosed.
Upstairs a cabin with 2 beds 80 * 190 that can be brought together and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Private closed garage in the basement of the residence. Linen not provided. APPA17
