Located just 150 meters from the Presidents beach and shops, this apartment offers a breathtaking view of the sea. Its ideal location will allow you to fully enjoy your seaside vacation.

On the 7th floor of a residence with elevator, offers you a pleasant setting for your stay. It includes an equipped kitchen, a living room with a 140 cm BZ sofa bed, a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an equipped balcony offering a magnificent view of the sea, and a television. A parking space is reserved with the apartment.

Pets are not allowed in this rental. For added convenience, several options are available at an additional cost: End of stay cleaning service (fee of €50 plus €1 per square meter), bed linen rental (pair of sheets at €18 and towels at €10 per person), WiFi box rental (€39 per week)

Un emplacement idéal

Appartement fonctionnel dans une résidence idéalement située aux Sables d'Olonne avec toutes les services à proximité. Une vue imprenable sur l'océan. La place de parking est très appréciable. Cependant, l'appartement est très désuet et la propreté à notre arrivée gagnerait à être améliorée. (frigo, batterie de cuisine, placards,...). L'ajout d'un lave linge serait intéressant. L'impression générale du séjour reste positive.

Bel environnement mais appartement désuet

Environnement top. Place de parking dans la cour extrêmement pratique. Vue de l’appartement superbe. Dommage que ce dernier soit vieillot, pas très bien entretenu. L’électricité a besoin d’être remise aux normes. Heureusement que le cuisine est plus récente.
