Type 4 rental of approximately 70 m², a stone's throw from the central halls. This apartment is located on the embankment, in an old building on the 2nd floor without elevator. It consists of an entrance and a living room with two small balconies facing the sea. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a washing -laundry and a dishwasher. The shower room and WC are separate. The first bedroom has a small balcony facing the sea and a double bed, the second which serves as an office has a double sofa bed and finally the third bedroom has two single beds. Linen not provided.
