Located on the 5th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 11 m² living room,a fitted kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and a balcony with view of the mountains. Free parking is available in the accommodation's private parking lot.

The flat is ideally located in Les Orres, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market. An electric car charging point is located close to the building (less than 50 m away) and can be seen from the flat.
