The bad experience is summed up in the quality of communication and rooms. We booked our room on the hotel website and although we were of local taxes, we we surprised at check-in that a refundable security deposit is a standard requirement! "Duplex apartment was very spacious and clean. If anything, remote for tv upstairs was missing and some electrical points were slack."

"The "aparthotel" style of this property was great. A grocery was just a few steps from our "home" for the week. The staff was friendly, there were activities in the lobby for the kids, and it was all so easy to navigate. I'd love to stay at another Adagio in the future."

"We were getting off a Viking River cruise and wanted a hotel close to the docking location to minimize the distance we had to drag our suitcases. It was less than 10 minutes walking and we were able to access the room early (fee). Conveniently located to several Metro lines and only about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave and cooktop) was convenient to eat breakfast before heading out for the day."
