"Let’s start with the pros: -rooms were clean and tidy. -pool and spa facilities (all outdoor) were a lovely welcome addition and access was easy and until 10pm. -evening food in the restaurant was nice. Cons: -my biggest issue with this hotel is health and hygiene. The breakfast was quite frankly inedible as the young lady doing breakfast service had left most things uncovered. Flies had literally swarmed the pastries, bread, jams and juices meaning that my breakfast options were very limited...

"The hotel is well located in a beautiful and scenic part of the country. I used this as a stopover, close to European space centre and on the way to Disneyland Paris, but it's so much more than a stopover and I'm eager to return and use it as a base for canoeing the beautiful Semois valley. It is clean, comfortable, well decorated, has a great atmosphere and also benefits from being well served by really friendly and helpful hosts. Lovely breakfast and nice beer too!"

"Helaas was de Chocolaterie overboekt maar we kregen een ander Hotel ervlak bij, dit was perfect geregeld. Hotel was schoon, en lag prachtig in midden van klein dorp. Mensen van de bediening waren allemaal Super vriendelijk. We komen zeker terug."

The breakfast is so Rustique, so healthy! Honey, jam, butter, bread and others are housemade! The bed, the bathroom and the whole room are so comfortable..You sleep so deep there!"

We had left a message in the morning asking to eat in, but on arrival were told we had not given enough notice. We were directed very vaguely to a restaurant which was full because of a coach party. They sent us to another which was closed ( on a Friday evening!). They told us about another place, but as we were getting further and further away, we gave up and bought some food in a...

"Absolutely cute and special stay in a lovely treehouse, which has everything you can want for. Loved it, and will definitely be back again. Owners very sweet and friendly. We are sad we only stayed here for one night, would have loved to stay a little longer. Recommended."
