The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with access to the terrace. The bathroom features a shower and a separate toilet. On the upper floor, you'll find another room with sloping ceilings and a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), as well as a gallery with sloping ceilings and a bed (90 cm, length 190 cm).

The property is equipped with electric heating, and the outdoor space includes two terraces, one measuring 20 square meters and partly roofed with an east-facing position, and another measuring 20 square meters and partly roofed with a west-facing position.
