Located 300 m from shops, 700 m from the Chavannes cable cars and 850 m from the ESF. F4/F5 in terms of tourist office. 1 private outdoor parking space. Central heating. Free WIFI connection. Ski room common to all accommodations. Free shuttle stop in front of the residence in winter. MEMBERSHIP OF THE SUMMER 2024 MULTIPASS.

DESCRIPTION: Entrance with cupboard - One bedroom equipped with 1 double bed (140) + cupboard - 1 bedroom equipped with 2 single beds (90) + storage - Living room equipped with 1 sofa bed for 2 people (140cm) , bay window opening onto the terrace - Kitchen area open to fully equipped dining room (6 place dishwasher, 1 electric hotplate and 3 gas burners, fridge with small freezer compartment, extractor hood, toaster, kettle, electric coffee maker, oven , microwave, with kitchenware) - 1 separate toilet - 1 bathroom (sink, shower) - 1 terrace with garden furniture. Non smokers.

Linen (sheets and towels) and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental, paid option, see agency services.
