Shops are just 75 meters away, the ESF (French Ski School) is 400 meters away, and the Chavannes gondola lift is 210 meters away. There are also shops on the ground floor of the residence. A communal laundry room is available in the basement, equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and storage shelving. Bicycles are not permitted inside the residence or the studio; please make alternative arrangements for bike storage.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. End-of-stay cleaning is available as an optional paid service; however, during mountain biking (MTB) events held in the summer, it is mandatory and will be charged as an additional fee on top of the rental price.
