Le Pierrer 51 - Charming renovated 2-room apartment

The studio is designed to accommodate 4 people. It is located in the hamlet of Creve Coeur.
It is less than 10 minutes from the ESF ski school, the childcare centre (3-5 years old) and the shops and 2 minutes from the ski slopes.
The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette that opens onto the living room, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony with a table and two chairs.
The divisible living room with a movable partition has 2 single beds on the dining side of the room and a single sofa bed with a pop up trundle bed on the sitting side. Duvets are provided for all beds.

Rapport Qualité / prix très moyen !

Attention aux sommes additionnelles : Depot de Linge frais de ménage Location de linges (serviettes et draps) - Bien prendre en compte qu'il faut aussi ramener le linge et bien que le ménage est payé : descendre les poubelles et faire la vaisselle. La communication avec l'agence est parfaite par contre la location est exhorbitante aux vues des prestations très moyennes : matelas très fin / cafetière non complète / vaisselle très moyenne et l'appartement nécessiterait un coup de neuf......
