"We (family with two kids) enjoyed our stay in Nicolas' house very much. The pool is extraordinary - including some bathing toys for the kids. The huge garden offers a lot of nice spots to relax and play. There are a lot of beautiful spots to take baths or go for canoe tour - be it the Ardeche, La Beaume or the Chassezac - all within 15-30 minutes by car. Nicolas was always very helpful and approachable. We enjoyed our stay so much and can only recommend the place and house!"

"Wir sind begeistert gewesen! Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und es hat eine super Ausstattung. In der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden und auch noch in sehr guter Qualität. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich und das gesamte Apartment ist stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Außenanlagen ist ebenfalls traumhaft. Viele Pflanzen und der Pool errichtet istsauber und sicher. Wir waren insgesamt 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kindet. Gerade für die Kinder war es super, denn sie hatten Platz zum Spielen...

"Nous avons passé 10 jours dans la maison d'Agnès. La maison est telle que decrite dans l'annonce : aucune mauvaise surprise. L'extérieur et la piscine étaient super pour toute la famille. Pour l'intérieur, la climatisation était vraiment bienvenue. La localisation de la maison était idéale : beaucoup d'activités à proximité (grotte, canoë, visites de sites, marchés...). "Will book again. This place is paradise. Great pool (heated). Property is very well maintained. Really well fitted out. Great for three families. Loads of space for kids to roam on the property. Great views. Not overlooked at all. Beautiful garden and grounds. Secluded but not isolated. 5 stars. We will be back"

"We had a lovely week in the house in La Bastia and particularly enjoyed the ability to walk 3 mins down the road to the river to swim and cool off. The house is well located, adequately equipped, though towels were very small, would have been good to have more than one chopping board. There are plans to put in ceiling fans, which would be of great benefit to keep air moving.
