Les Anses d'Arlet, fishing village, is located in the south of the island (Caribbean side). This small village has kept all its authenticity, turned towards the sea, this end of the island has acquired 5 beaches. They are all as beautiful as each other (beach of the town at 400m, beach of Grand Anse within 1 km, beaches of the DUFOUR cove on the right and the BLACK cove on the left at 2 km, Petit Anse beach 3 km.
Several residences have since emerged, including that of Baie des Anses. Built on a plot of almost 500m², the villa is new, it has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (140x190 beds), 3 full bathrooms, 1 with separate wc, 2 terraces. On one of the terraces, you have a breathtaking view of the village beach and its pontoon. The kitchen is fully equipped:
 dishwasher, fridge-combi, electric oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave. WIRELESS
 Bed and bathroom linen provided. Ideal rental for 3 couples of friends.
Long-term rental possible May-June-September-October (special pensioner-2 months maximum, low season: Price of 2800 € monthly;).
Villa accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Excellente adresse que nous recommandons fortement. Accueil chaleureux de Jacqueline pour notre arrivee en soiree apres les 9h d' avion. Trois belles chambres dont 2 avec salle de bain donnant directement sur la chambre et une avec sa salle de bain independante et un WC séparé. Cuisine tres bien equipee et surtout magnifique terasse avec vue sur les Anses d'Arlet .Allez y sans hesiter !

nous sommes allez faire de la plonger et profiter pour faire visiter l iles a des amies. Le lieux et idéale pour le plaisir du coin et la détentes. Mme JACQULINE ET SON EPOUX nous on très bien accueillies et sont très intéressant dans la discussion. nous somme heureux d être aller chez eux ce qui nous a faciliter le voyage un GRAND MERCI

Sommaire : Très belle location. Nous avons adoré comment cette maison est divisée, comment la literie était confortable : oui, nos nuits ont été bien reposantes, a l’air adéquatement conditionnée. Nous avons adoré la propreté des lieux, les équipements inclus, adoré nous prélasser et prendre nos petits dej. sur la terrasse. Nous avons spécialement adoré les hôtes et leur charmante hospitalité – le p’tit punch, les acras de morue maison et la charmante compagnie ont été un baume à la fin d’un voyage haut en émotions qui nous a fait atterrir bien plus tard que prévu. Oui, des hôtes charmants, qui rendent un peu difficiles à formuler les quelques critiques que je préfère partager, en pensant aux prochains locataires. Nous avons moins apprécié que la climatisation ne soit pas disponible ailleurs que dans les chambres : la maison peut devenir très chaude, et si vous voulez éviter les moustiques, vous évitez de garder les portes/fenêtre ouvertes. D’ailleurs, toutes les portes et fenêtres sont givrées, pas moyen d’apprécier la vue sans les ouvrir… et encore les moustiques. Malgré ces quelques critiques cependant, je répète qu’on a adoré notre séjour, et on recommande fortement cette location. Tout a été super. Les hôtes très aimables, l’apéritif d’arrivée et le premier petit déjeuner très appréciés, quant à la maison et l’emplacement très beau. Si on revient en Martinique ce sera dans cette maison. Merci encore aux hôtes qui ont à cœur de faire le maximum pour rendre le séjour idéal dans leur maison.

Un séjour fantastique dans un lieu paradisiaque ! Les propriétaires sont plus qu'accueillant, généreux et souriant! Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir et le repas était préparés, des fruits frais à disposition, un petit déjeuner prévu pour le lendemain! La vue sur l'anse est sublime! À refaire. La maison de Mme Rome correspond en tous points à son annonce, voire mieux! Superbe vue sur la mer et le ponton des Anses d’Arlet, espaces très agréables tant à l’intérieur que l’extérieur Maison très propre et correctement fournie Je ne partagerai pas ici toutes les petites attentions laissées par Mme Rome à notre arrivée, je vous laisse les découvrir à votre arrivée (sinon ce n’est plus une surprise) nous nous sommes régalés! De toutes les locations (environ 6/7) dans lesquelles j’ai séjourné lors de mes précédents voyages à la Martinique, celle-ci a de loin ma préférence Encore merci! Christelle

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location. La maison est spacieuse, très fonctionnelle et très propre. La terrasse est très grande avec une vue imprenable sur la nature et le bourg des Anses d'Arlet. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et nous ont offert accras et petit déjeuner pour notre arrivée. Nous pouvons nous rendre à pied au bourg des Anses d'Arlet, ainsi qu'à la plage. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Et Anses d'Arlet est l'une des villes que nous avons préférées de la Martinique.
