"Decent family room if you are used to ski resort sizes. Only seats with a back was sofa bed otherwise just a couple of benches, shame as outside terrace became a storage area rather than place to sit. However one deosn't expect much from ski resorts. At least it was quite which makes a change for Andorran lodgings"

"We enjoyed our stay at Pierre & Vacances Andorra Bordes d'Envalira. They staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was convenient and the living space was good. There was plenty of room in the main bedroom to store skis and gear. Our main issue was the parking is very tight and not included in the price. If you do park under the property you'll need to go around the block and down a hill to locate it. To leave the parking lot you'll need to scan your pass at the beginning of the exit tunnel. "

"We had a very comfortable stay, the hosts were both flexible with our arrival and checkout time and very responsive. The apartment itself was large and could fit another couple in the extra bedroom. We would stay here again."

"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"Absolutely terrible service. Despite having a booking and contacting via email in advance to advise of arrival, no response and no Reception upon arrival. Phone number given is in another country but is also not answered. Left walking around the streets of foreign country for several hours trying to ask locals for assistance. "Duplex apartment with great views over cerdanya valley. The apartment is perfect for 2 couples. More beds are available but sharing space with one of the 2 double beds. Well equipped place a little bit old. We found the place not very well cleaned (we communicated this point to the agency). I would recommend the place anyway."

"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

"Super séjour dans cette station familiale. La neige était au rdv, la météo favorable. Des circuits de balade pour aller voir les lacs (balcere et balmettes) très sympas. Nombreuses activités en dehors de ski (Anglea, médiathèque, bowling). Parfait pour un séjour en famille. Et de nombreuses rencontres avec des biches, des cerfs juste en dessous du chalet. Vue magnifique sur la vallée. Nous sommes enchantés."
