Freshly renovated apartment. Large living room with beautiful view of the valley offers 3 bedings (1double sofa bed and 1 single bed). In the bedroom there is 1 double bed (140x190). The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Italian shower room and separate wc.
Apartment equipped with WIFI. Balcony North exposure. Ski locker and elevator in the residence. 2nd floor. Non smoking apartment / Pets forbidden. BED LINEN AND TOWELS IN EXTRA.

THE RESIDENCE : The Creux De l'Ours residence is located in the center of the Laitelet, nearby the piste and shops. Easy access to Mottaret's center through the Chalets gondolair or the Meribus, which stops about 50 meters away. This residence is equipped with elevator and ski lockers.

THE AREA : This is the commonly named Hameau area of Mottaret, ideal for skiers. All residences get a very easy access to the piste. You will find all necessary services : mini market, sport shops, restaurants, bars, etc. You will be able to get to resort center using a free gondolair : the Chalets cable car.

Optional comfort services : Make your stay easier booking your bed linen, towels, liftpasses, ski lessons, ski equipment...

Bon état général. Bonne literie. Vaisselle insuffisante pour 5 considerant que nous n'étions que 3. Immeuble très bien placé mais très sonore
