There is a living room and 3 bedroom house, a kitchen and adjacent dining/reading/relaxing area and then a great pool and beautiful shaded back yard area. "After we booked, there was no communication from the host. I emailed several times looking for the entry process, but I received no response. I called, but I received no response. On the day of the stay, we finally got a hold of someone. They said they couldn't rent to us because the AC wasn't working. I told them that it was no issue; we would still take the place. "Everything was wonderful. Sebastien helped us get to know Campeche. The location was perfect, right on the main pedestrian street. But it wasn’t too loud, and the rooftop deck was a tranquil place to rest."

"We travel to Campeche approximately once a year and have been staying at the Hotel Plaza Campeche for several years. We have always been impressed with the hotel (cleanliness and service), but this year I would say was the best service we've experienced so far. All the employees are on the lookout for anything that may need fixing and promptly attend to it (for example, a loose panel on the ceiling). The room service menu was limited, but the restaurant dining was outstanding in terms of quality and service."
