"The property was safe and in a great location. The security personnel are great at enforcing safety precautions. The building is nice and located near all kinds of shops. Parque La Mexicana is beautiful and safe to walk through at any time of the day. The views from the room are also great as this room overlooks the park. We had a few concerns with the property though. One of the bedroom window curtains that block the sun was missing, so we were woken up early by the incoming bright light....

"There were problems with the air conditioning that did not cool enough and not having windows, it was a big problem. They also said they had a bathtub, I wanted to use it but it didn't work, they told me they would fix it in two days and I left and was never able to use the bathtub. The smell of the apartment was also bad, it smelled like sewer and was not pleasant."

"e quedé sin agua, tuve muchos problemas con el aire acondicionado (llegó a los 28º grados), se rompió el drenaje del aire acondicionado y la habitación se inundó. El agua salía muy caliente (hirviendo, más de 40º grados o incluso más). Me cambiaron de habitación varias veces. Mal servicio por parte del chat 24/7, respuestas poco profesionales y derivan los casos sin dar solución. Consideren hospedarse en este lugar. Definitivamente, no es recomendado para largas estancias."
