Located on the top floor of a building with an elevator, the apartment is bright, cozy, and tastefully furnished. The layout is designed to ensure a comfortable stay, featuring a living room with a sleeper sofa, a master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.

The real highlight is the private terrace, furnished for al fresco dining or enjoying breakfast in the sun and relaxing after a day at the beach.

The apartment also offers free parking within the building’s grounds (unassigned spot), a perk that’s especially appreciated during the summer.

The location allows you to easily reach the historic center, the waterfront, the beaches, restaurants, and the boat dock for Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, leaving your car parked for most of your vacation.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) and is the ideal choice for those who want to experience Lerici in a quiet and comfortable setting.
