"Ricardo and Michelle are the main reception staff and are super helpful, kind and supportive. One night we had difficulty getting a taxi ( for my husband’s birthday) and Michelle offered to drive us there. Which is above and beyond our expectations. "The property and location were excellent! You can’t get much better. The beach is so close. Great stroll to town each night for dinner. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was great . The only concern is that its time to upgrade the beds .. very uncomfortable "

"A clean, comfortable, and quiet hotel with easy access to the centre of Lerici. The hotel has a pleasing view of the harbour, a great breakfast buffet, and the free parking was very welcome. The decoration is a tad dated, but it is all to a good standard and relaxing. I want to give a special nod to the catering staff who managed the breakfasts as well as the cleaning staff--they were very friendly and accommodating. "Lovely little hotel, very friendly & efficient staff. The room we had was a good size with a small balcony & a wonderful view of the sea. The shower room I was modern & very clean. Great Stay in Modern Room

"This hotel is very convenient to the La Spezia train station at around 100 yards from the exit. If you are using La Spezia Sa hub to visit Cinque Terra and Pisa this hotel is perfectly located. You can walk too many restaurants but don’t have to lug your bags deep into the city upon arrival. We had a room with a king bed on the ground floor but it wasn’t noisy at all. The property has invested in very good windows to keep nose way down. Our room was very modern and clean and quite spacious. I’ve read about other negative experiences at this property with the older rooms but we didn’t have that experience at all. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant is also quite good if you don’t feel like walking deeper into La Spezia for dinner. "
