"The staff are all friendly, helpful, and very hospitable. The breakfast was lovely, and we also dined at the restaurant for dinner, which was delicious. The balcony opened on a gorgeous view of the mountainside. Please note, the property does not have an elevator, so you'll need to carry your things up one flight of stairs. But this was one of our favorite stays on this trip, and it centrally located for visits to Salzburg, Hallstatt, and Berchtesgaden. "
