"We have been to this RIU 7x. Still an amazing experience. Two areas have declined however. The first is the buffet. Was once Las Vegas level. Supreme. Now closer to Golden Corral. Second is room service. Nothing but 7-Eleven sandwiches on the menu. Needs more options for those nights you don't want to go out."

"Came here for a solo bday trip. The staff were really attentive and helpful throughout the stay. Often calling to see if I needed anything in the room or at all. The resort was well-maintained and the pools were clean. I had the swim-up room and loved it. The waitress even passed by a few times so I was able to have my drinks at my swim-up patio. Room was very clean. The tub was immaculately clean and deep so I enjoyed a couple soaks in it. Food: Okay unfortunately food experience overall 6/10. I enjoyed the buffets more than the reserved restaurants. There were a couple of the AL la carte restaurants where each dish i received was just not good at all. Big resort, but they have a golf cart that runs every 10 mins, which was an amazing courtesy. They made sure to offer entertainment every night, but it left a bit to be desired. Overall it was a great stay at a beautiful resort with amazing staff. I would recommend."
