Opened in March 2021, brand new. Spacious and very quiet studio, located in the heart of the old town of León. It has a bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed. Fully equipped bathroom and kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer). Paid parking just 50 meters away. Free WIFI. Ozone disinfected bed and bath linens. Ideal for family vacations or getaways as a couple and with friends.

The place was just great we extended an additional night in one of Laura’s other places! All on standard! Beautifully decorated and well equipped! Laura had great recommendations! The flat is right in the old town which is always the best for me if you have a short stay! Close to nice bars, restaurants and good shopping!

Un apartamento muy céntrico donde puedes ir a todos lados andando. Es moderno y tiene todo lo que necesitas. Laura muy amable y facilitando las cosas en todo momento. En cuanto al rudio, está bien insonorizado de la calle. Si vas en fiestas se oirá un poco de ruido de la verbena.
