"The lady who worked the front desk was extremely rude. They had a sign outside directing people to the cafe, but because i was not yet checked in, I had no idea that the cafe was a separate establishment. I knocked and tried the buttons but no one was available. So i tried to see if the doors slid open and the woman who works the front desk came up yelling. She continued to be extremely rude throughout the entire check in process and when i told her i didnt have a spanish number to give her, she stood there and stared at me without saying a word. It was the first experience in any establishment that I was welcomed so rudely. "

"The building was built in the 14th century and is still beautiful, I loved my room, the original wood was beautiful, the balconies were nice to have, the big bath tub with unlimited hot water was awesome offer a long day. I could imagine living in that room. Definitely a nice place to stay right in the middle of Leon old Town. "
