Sonnberg 82 is situated in a very sunny location on a south-facing slope, approx. 2 km from the village centre, only approx. 300 m from the "Steinbergbahn" cable car with super ski run and 4* Hotel Krallerhof - Kralleralm, an ideal starting point for hikes past beautiful farms with colourful meadows to the farmed alpine pastures and for experienced mountaineers further up to the Leoganger Steinberge. To slow down, you can take the train or bus to the surrounding area. The bus stops are approx. 5 minutes' walk away. The flat is barrier-free but not wheelchair accessible. Pets of any kind are not allowed in the apartment!

The flat with approx. 53 m2 is located on the ground floor of our house Sonnberg 82 and has a fully equipped kitchen with four-ring electric hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, crockery, cutlery, etc.. A breakfast bar, dining table with corner bench and upholstered chairs are available. In the living room with access to the large sun terrace, there is a seating area with pull-out couch - which can be used as a double bed, a small table, wardrobe and a colour TV with cable connection. The flat has a bedroom with a double bed - 200 cm long and a single bed 190 cm long, a small bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and towel dryer, as well as a separate WC with washbasin and Alibert. Bed linen, towels and tea towels etc. are provided by us. Storage facilities for bicycles, skis, etc. are available. WLAN, car parking spaces are sufficiently available
