"Great location midway between Lille Flanders train station and Lille Europe station. A 5 minute walk to either one. Conveniently located next to Westfield Mall that has a large grocery store in it."

"Returned to this hotel after a very nice experience 3 years ago. The hotel staff and the hotel itself are fantastic. Sadly, the restaurant lets it down. We had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was terrible and overpriced. The restaurant staff were quite rude and unhelpful, including the one at breakfast. So, if you are just staying at the hotel, this is great. But don't waste your money on the restaurant."

"we stay here every year en route from Calais to the alps. Really great hotel for a stopover. Staff are super friendly and there is always a pizza and a pint waiting. Room services and reception staff all friendly and helpful. Very good location too if you want to visit Arrass."
