"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

"Staff was extremely helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Close to main town. Restaurant across the street since we were too tired to walk the 15 minutes into town. Easy to park. "

"Beautiful villa with the best hostess and her family! We drove and took ferries to all the towns around Lake Como. The villa has parking. Francesca is absolutely wonderful and her mother was delightful. They gave us great recommendations and made reservations on our behalf. We arrived early so they picked us up from the ferry port with our luggage to save us the walk/bus trip and continued to offer us lifts into Bellagio. "The hotel was very modern, hip and clean. I was amazed at the high level of service I received from the managers, Davide and his wife. The service was at the level of a 5 star hotel. "The B&B is conveniently located, with lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to Lake Como. The room was clean and comfortable. Terrance and kitchen were shared with other guests.
