The inside is dated, but the outside more than made up for it…Everyone enjoyed jumping off the first story ledge into the water, the property is large and has amazing views all over. "Such a lovely Villa and a helpful property manager. If you're looking for a unique experience and a beautiful get away then this is your place! Amazing view of Bellagio just across the water on Lago Como. Downtown Varenna is just a short 10 minute drive from the Villa but it feels remote and with the Villa being right on the waterfront, the sounds of the water lapping on the rocks below can lull you to sleep at night. The inside is unique and offers many spaces for people to spend time together. Cons: The kitchen is small and old for such a size of a house. It was sometimes a limiting factor when cooking for such a large house. In addition, there was no light in the kitchen or proper ventilation. "Das Ferienhaus „Villa Archi“ liegt in einem ruhigen Teil von Colico, ein Stück weit oberhalb des Sees. Das Haus ist sehr gross, in hervorragendem Zustand, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist charmant und hilfsbereit und die Villa teilt sich mit seinem Haus einen parkähnlichen Garten. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und werden sicher versuchen, dieses Haus erneut zu mieten."

"Het huis heeft een prachtig uitzicht over het meer. Dit maakt een hoop goed! Het huis zelf is nogal verouderd en heeft geen airco waardoor het in de nacht best warm was. Het huis is zelf wel heel ruim en sfeervol. Wat we wel misten was een fijne loungebank onder de veranda. De meubels zijn nogal gedateerd. Welkom van Joshua was nogal gehaast en hebben niets meer van hem gehoord in de periode dat wij er waren. Zwembad werd goed onderhouden en fijne plaats om te vertoeven. Kortom prima weekje...
