"I called the night before my arrival and was told that I would have to walk from the bus station to the hotel. It was not easy as uphill and I had two bags. When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). Electric sockets in hotel were not standard and required an special adapter/extension cord that I had to acquire about. It worked at the beginning, but could not charge my iphone in the morning. Service at Breakfast table was utilitarain..never asked if I wanted a hot dish. Had the hotel drive me back to train station, but had carry my bags down a flight of stairs and to the car, as the driver walked in front of me. Otherwise, the service was efficient, but certainly not friendly. I will go elsewhere next time"

"Great stay here. My girlfriend and I loved it. Rooms were great. Sauna was fantastic. The half board meal was delicious and the staff was superb. Great location a few steps from the Main Street, but far enough off of it to have some privacy. Would highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely return. "

"The Property is in a good location, it would be very useful if the provide the bus timings. The team in the property are extremely friendly, very good people in general. I would recommend this place as the location to stay. They give you discount coupons for local shopping, they also give cards which you can use to travel in all the gondolas, but make sure you return them else they charge 50 SF per card. Overall best location in Swiss. If you are not that tech savvy then it could be difficult using their app, otherwise everything works with your mobile phone. "
