Unit Layout
You can enjoy a modern and luxurious 3-room apartment in a fully renovated chalet with a wonderful oak parquet floor. The penthouse features a living room with a dining table for 6-8 persons (a children's highchair Tripp Trapp will be provided on demand), a couch, rocking chair, SAT-TV, radio, and DVD player. The open kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso), raclette grill, fondue pan, and all other common accessories. The parents' bedroom has a box spring bed (180x200 cm), while the children's bedroom has three single beds (2x 90x190 cm & 1x 90x200 cm). A baby travel bed will be provided upon request. Additionally, the apartment has an extended attic with an additional doss (on demand).

The apartment offers a bathroom with a shower, mirror cabinet, and lavatory (hairdryer available), as well as a second bathroom with a toilet and lavatory. You can enjoy the balcony with a table, chairs, and a barbecue grill (in the summer), but please note that smoking is only allowed on the balcony, and using the chimney is forbidden. There is a washing machine and tumbler in the basement, along with a locker for skis. The garage (second from the right side) belongs to the apartment. Your stay includes power, heating, parking, linen, towels, dish towels, WiFi, toilet paper, soap, waste bags, dish liquid, and a selection of different spices. Additionally, overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card.

The apartment offers a quiet and idyllic location while being situated centrally, with a magnificent view of the mountains and a lawn in front of the house. It is a 5-minute walk to the train station, the "Mauren-Skilift," the Wallbach baths, restaurants, and shops. The apartment is a perfect starting point for skiing in the winter and hiking, biking, and golfing (golfclub Gstaad-Saanenland) in the warmer seasons, making it an ideal vacation destination year-round.
