Hotel was basic, hotel was very humid and smell of Clorine was very prominent, likely due to pool and weather. Floors could have been cleaner. Staff were nice and friendly. It was adequate for the price. Location was good for our needs and area seemed safe.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. When I went to use the ice bucket it had dirt in it and the lid was dirty also. The stairway I used didn’t look like the sweeper had been run on it. The was quite a bit of dirt on the stairs.

It isn't anything fancy but a very nice place. It's well maintained and clean, the sheets were exceptionally soft and the mattress comfortable. I would have liked some meat with the breakfast but I'm a carnivore. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location in Lenexa. Hot tub was luke warm. Beds very uncomfortable. Breakfast mediocre. Front desk, male staff member was short and a little rude. Woman at front desk was very nice and helpful though.

The gym was a gym in name only as the equipment was old and poorly maintained - unusable. Wi-Fi did not work in my room and even in the lobby I had minimal connection. There was an empty hand sanitizer stand beside the elevator on our floor. Rooms are old and in severe need of renovation. No real attention to cleanliness although the breakfast area was maintained. My only positive comment is that the staff were friendly.
