When we arrived we had to be let in because they keep the office locked. Then when. Go to room same cover and bedding the bedding had some brown dirt and what looked to be blood.on it as well. The kitchen looked like a 1980s abandoned camper kitchen. Sooo if u want to film a 80s hotel horror film this the place.

Disappointed

The room was so hot. The toiket seat would fall off the toilet. It was a room for the night but I was disappointed. Then the morning of checkout we found money had been taken from a wallet.

I didn’t think twice knowing how cheap it was but I have stay in other places at about the same price and it has been decent. It was like having a group of 4 living there for a month, then they left and the only thing done in the room was stretched the sheet and that’s all, everything was dirty, that toilet hasn’t been cleaned for like 3 months, that’s how the room was. We came in into the room and came out right after, had to been another hotel.

Awful! We ended up leaving at 4 AM. Woke up in the middle of the night itchy and covered in welts. We found bed bugs! Disgusting. There weren't any trash cans, we had 1 towel and a smaller hand towel for 3 people, it smelled like smoke and there were gross black dirt hand prints on the wall in the bathroom. Stay anywhere else but here.

The bathroom was dirty and smelled. Hotel staff was not at front desk for over an hour. Check in took 1:30 hrs due to new employee. No one answered phone calls. 3 rooms were showed. All dirty and smelly

Beware, it's a dump

This place is a total dump. It should be shut down. The first room was so dirty and moldy I refused it. And the stairway and upstairs walkway to it were decrepit and dangerous. The second room I was given was slightly cleaner. I was stuck, having paid in advance. A miserable place.

Opened the front door and a big spider ran across the floor. A/c could hardly keep the humidity down and both rooms cool. Woke up around 5:00 am to police, fire dept, first responders, a guy was shot a few doors down from us. Never ever again.

Toilet did not flush. Bugs in tubs-dead Two beds. Both dirty dirty blankets. Dirty pillows. Stunk horrible horrible. Kids running back and forth on sidewalk in front of door screaming unattended. Internet would not connect . No toilet paper, or other overnight toiletries. Room was just dirty. Gross. Asked for my money back and left. I was told I didn't need to contact Expedia to tell about my experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This is the MOST disgusting place I've ever stayed!!! Stains on sheets and comforter, bugs dead and alive everywhere! Stains on the couch and chair, No pillows on the bed! Room had not been cleaned! Toilet was disgusting! Food crumbs everywhere!! I asked for my money back and was refused! The man at the front desk was very rude! After insisting on at least getting another room, he finally gave in! The 2nd room wasn't any better. Thankfully Expedia did give me a voucher and I stayed elsewhere. Do not confuse this with Extended Stay America....I did and that was my mistake.

You know I've been in some motels that were around $50 to $60 but this one is by far the worst. Got a 2 night stay and around 1:30am I wake to find out I'm bit by bed bugs, we came to the front desk and the guy told us they'd refund the money at 7am, we had nowhere else to go so I slept on the chair and desk, since it was too hot in the car. Came here at 7am only to find out they lied and they can't contact the manager. I do not recommend this place do yourself a favor and get a room elsewhere. When we entered the room there was incense sticks ok the counter and under the table, the couch was full of dog hairs as well as the floor. It's like they don't even bother cleaning this place. Called the bank to dispute the transaction and called the cops. I hate to say it but this dump makes motels in Mexico seem like paradise.
