"A hidden gem! Everything about this hotel is luxurious, from the heated flooring, fresh breakfast platter, super comfortable rooms, to sitting outside watching the sunset drinking locally made wines. It genuinely is 10/10 and the staff are also pure class. We were sad to leave but will definitely have it on our revisit list."

"Staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great. Be forewarned: there is NO AC in these rooms, and no fans, so if you are staying in the summer, it can get pretty miserable. You can open the windows, but no airflow really gets in. The door to my room also could not be locked. just lightly pushing on the door was enough to open it, even when the lock was on. The Inter-City hotel is basically next door and you can get to it from the southern end of platform 1 via some stairs down to street level. Room was very clean and comfortable, check in staff were very good, even put up with me trying to practice my German. "

"Our stay was nice. The room was clean, but there were some things missing, like soap and other things. Fortunately the hotel offers access to toiletries for all guests, so you don't have to contact the receptionist. The location is great, quite a few shops accessible by walking. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel structure. The kitchen was okay, but the utensils and dishes were a little dirty. The bed was comfortable. The balcony doesn't have any barrier between the other room's balconies...
